Return & Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, subject to evaluation and approval.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and must be accompanied with satisfactory proof of purchase and delivery.
To facilitate a return or exchange, you may contact us at customercare@florsheim.ph. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on clearance items marked 50% off or more, or gift cards/vouchers.
Refunds
Refunds apply only to defective products that have been evaluated and inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your request for refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card Company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
If items shipped are defective or different from the one you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees. If you refuse the order or want to change it due to preference (change of style or color or size, or change of mind), you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
Others
Customer may exchange an item only once.
